Exciting Debut in Sturgis

This year marked a significant milestone for SP Connect as we attended the legendary Sturgis Motorcycle Rally for the first time! Known for its breathtaking routes like the twisty roads of the Black Hills, Needles Highway, and iconic sites such as Deadwood, Devil’s Tower, Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, and the Crazy Horse Memorial, the Sturgis Rally is much more than a ride. It's an adventure that attracts riders from all over the world, and when they're not cruising these scenic routes, they're checking out the many aftermarket vendors that make this annual pilgrimage.

A Powerful Partnership with Black Hills Harley-Davidson

This year, SP Connect partnered with Black Hills Harley-Davidson to bring our innovative products to the thousands of riders attending their own event, “The Rally at Exit 55.” This rally within a rally is a spectacle in its own right. To give you a sense of its scale, Black Hills Harley-Davidson sold over 600 motorcycles during the event—congratulations to them and the proud new owners of their bikes!

At our booth, we showcased our complete product line, including the all-new Moto Mount 3D 1 ½”, along with popular favorites like the Moto Mount Pro and Clutch Mount Pro. Our goal was to demonstrate the reliability and versatility of SP Connect products to all the riders who visited.

A Dedicated Team on the Ground

Our dedicated three-person team—Rick, Bobby, and Ryan—had the opportunity to engage with thousands of enthusiastic riders, helping them find the perfect mounting solutions for their needs. Many took advantage of our free installation offer, and all purchases over $200 came with a special commemorative Card Wallet, custom printed with the Rally at Exit 55 logo.

Riding with Passion and Purpose

Our team members, just like our customers, are passionate motorcycle enthusiasts. After the rally, they took the chance to enjoy some "throttle therapy" of their own. Bobby on his Dyna, Rick on his Tenere 700, and Ryan on his Road Glide rode from sunup to sundown, soaking in the open road before heading back to our Southern California home office.

Gratitude and Looking Ahead

A special thanks to all the riders who stopped by our booth to learn about what SP Connect has to offer. We also extend our gratitude to Black Hills Harley-Davidson for organizing such a fantastic event. We're already hard at work planning an even bigger presence and enhanced customer experience for the 2025 85th Sturgis Rally.
